You Are Not Stuck Where You Are Unless You Decide To Be.

We create our own reality. We decide who we are and what we will become . . . what we will accomplish.

Those of you what worry all the time are convinced your fears will come true. And they do. Because your conviction causes you to act to make it happen.

Conversely, if you are convinced that positive things will happen, they do. Believe me, that’s a lot more fun!

We all program our brains for success or failure in each and every thing we do. That includes our relationships, jobs, sports and businesses.

For example, many people believe that the American economy is suffering through a recession. I don’t know because I don’t pay any attention. I don’t care.

Quite simply, I choose not to participate in anything negative.

After the tragic events of 9/11, I was asked by many people if this would have a negative effect on business. The obvious answer is yes. For small business owners, it’s always our choice. We can make it good or bad.

You see, all people are self made. Only successful people admit it. Think about it. You’ve seen and heard the phrase “self made millionaire” countless times. How many times have you seen or heard “self made failure”?

To paraphrase a line that I first heard in Carleton Sheets’ infomercial, the best way to ensure your future is to create it.

Let’s make sure you create a great future!

Yours in success,

Shawn

Ever since Matt showed me this info, I’ve been dabbling with a bunch of domains. This week has been pretty amazing, however.

We bought the domain Daleee.com a few days ago for $60 because we thought it looked pretty good with 663 existing links. BAM! We get an email from someone who didn’t pay attention and missed all the notices to renew the domain registration. Sold it back to him for Read the rest of this entry »
