How To Buy And Sell Sites For Fast Cash…

My friend Ed Dale is Australian, crazy and rich.

Not necessarily in that order.

One of the key methods he used to amass all the cash was actually quite simple:

Buying and selling websites for outrageous profits.

He’s not only done this himself, but he’s helped a few students to duplicate (and, in some cases, surpass) his success.

On Tuesday, Ed has agreed to let me grill him live and go step-by-step through exactly how anyone can do this starting with no experience (and little capital).

Ed says that web sites are available for peanuts at the moment so this is the perfect time to get started!

On Tuesday, Ed’s going to reveal:

- how people are buying sites for pennies on the dollar, doing a “refurb” on them and selling them for many times what they paid in as little as four weeks!

- the inside story behind how 7 of his students that have sold their sites for a million dollars or more!

- how to buy a PR8 site for $300 bucks

- the simple steps to buy a site that brings in $20,000 a year for only $12,000!

- Different ways to buy sites for “No Money Down” just like you can do in real estate!

- The ONE THING that people selling sites completely miss… you’ll start giggling when you realize how much money people are leaving on the table…

- plus much, much more.

I’ll grill Ed for 75 minutes on Tuesday And you can be there absolutely FREE!

Can I Really Make Money From Selling Domains?

I receive several e-mails from people asking if they can really make money from selling domains. One of the main questions I get is: “If there are so many people buying and selling domains, how will I find a good one to make money from?”

Here’s something you may not know about domain expirations:  Every single day, over 40,000 domains expire; and by next year, that number will increase to over 80,000 per day. So literally there is almost an unlimited supply of domains to profit from.

Another question that I am often asked is “With so many domains expiring, how will I find the good domains to profit from?” That’s easy - we show you EXACTLY what you need to know in the domain profiteer system to identify the most profitable domains.  It’s pretty much laid out for you, so you don’t have to figure it out all by yourself.

In fact, Matt has spent the last two years and invested over $200,000 developing a software to quickly and easily identify the domains that you can profit from.

So let’s look at what I’m talking about here:

You have a virtually fail-proof system that shows you exactly what you need to know to profit from buying and selling domains and you have an unlimited supply of domains to choose from.  You really can’t lose unless you don’t do anything at all.

Law Of Attraction And Internet Marketing - Part 7

We are going to recap everything we have discussed in the last 6 days.  We will also be imparting some examples of each of the most important steps to achieving with the Law’s of Attraction.

You need to first believe that you can achieve your desires.  You need to see it in your mind to know that it can be a reality.  Right now I want you to sit back and imagine this.  You are sitting on a yacht.  It is on its way to the Carribean.  You OWN this yacht.  You have asked your butler to get a nice, cool refreshment for you as you sit in the sun!  Are you in love with this idea?  Well, guess what you can have it if you believe you can.  Don’t limit yourself.

Know what you want and how to achieve it.  You must know how to achieve what you want and you must know EXACTLY what you want.  If you don’t know exactly what you want, how can the universe give it to you?  Just think about that for a moment.  If you don’t remember us talking about this in the blog.  Go back to Part 4: Marketing and the Law’s of Attraction.  You will find the information there.

Know what type of energy you are putting off.  Are you are winner or loser?  Will you taste success?  Or will someone just tell you about it?  You have to want success to achieve success.  You must push yourself to higher levels, and change the way that you think about yourself.  Do this.  Say the word, “No” in the mirror right now, or just say it out loud.  I know you feel silly, but do it anyways.  Now, say the word, “yes” out loud or in the mirror.

It actually takes less effort to say yes than it does to say no.  Now say, “Yes to Success in 2007.”  You will achieve what you want if you just keep saying that to yourself.  Why? Because you will be reprogramming your brain to believe that.  You will be telling your subconscious mind, “Hey you are a success.  You are special to the world and you CAN achieve anything you want.”  Write me and tell me what happens after a month doing that.

Keep an effective record of your goals and tic them off every time you achieve something.  Make sure to reward yourself for succeeding in a goal.  The reason you are rewarding yourself is to reinforce the thought process of “I am a success.”  Only if you achieve what you want, should you give yourself something special.  Look at it like a trophy for making the mark.

Stay focused and know your intentions.  Focus determines how much you will succeed.  You can’t surf the Internet and expect to make money all the time. Surf sites may allow you to make money and market your site, but that don’t actually give you enough to constitute surfing online.  You can work to achieve much more by telling the universe what you intend to achieve, and then staying focused on that goal until you achieve it.  Write your goals down, review them each day and know that you will achieve them if you give each goal and actionable step to complete.

Last but not least, you must reap what you have sown into the threads of the universe.  You cannot expect to create a wonderful new life, unless you know specifically what kind of life you want to achieve.  Read the final portion of this website and know that every word that is being spoken is the way that the Law’s of Attraction actually work!

I bargained with Life for a penny
And Life would pay no more,
However I begged at evening
When I counted my scanty store;
For Life is a just employer,
He gives you what you ask,
But once you have set the wages,
Why, you must bear the task.
I worked for a menials hire,
Only to learn, dismayed,
That any wage I had asked of Life,
Life would have gladly paid

Jessie Belle Rittenhouse (1869–1948)

With that said, that raps up the final part of the series on Marketing and the Law’s of attractions.  Please contact me with how your life is changing!  I would really love to hear the stories!

Law Of Attraction And Internet Marketing - Part 5

Like I said yesterday, this will probably be one of the most important blog postings that you ever read from me!  It really does matter what your intentions are!

Are you sending an “I can’t achieve it” attitude into the world?  If you think, even for a second that you “might be”, you could be in for a whole bunch of nothing.  What do I mean by that?  Well, when you tell the universe that you are not a success, the universe will make sure it stays that way!  Does the universe do it on purpose?  NO!  Remember when I told you that, any energy you send out, you will receive back?  Well, if your efforts and beliefs, don’t match your intentions you will not succeed!

Have you ever heard of synergy?  The Encarta World English Dictionary says that Synergy is combined effort being greater than parts: the working together of two or more people, organizations, or THINGS, especially when the RESULT is greater than the SUM of their INDIVIDUAL EFFECTS OR CAPABILITIES.

You must achieve synergy between your efforts, your marketing, your intentions, your attitude and your beliefs!  Now, you say “I believe that I will achieve ______(Insert goal here).”  You must understand your intentions are part of the synergy that happens between your thoughts and your actions.  You have to push to achieve.

You can’t just have it fall in your lap and say, “Hey, thanks lady luck!  I’ll be sure to think of you the next time I need something.”  Do you know what she will say to you?  She’ll say, “You are ungrateful.  You do not deserve this.  You will not receive anything from me again until you change your attitude about what I have given you.”  Attitude, Intentions, Goals, and Effort are all key in your success!

That’s is enough for today.  Come back tomorrow for Part 6: Marketing and the Law’s of Attraction.  We will be discussing the focus factor in your success!

Little Changes Can Yield Big Results

As my regular readers know, I consider consistent testing of your marketing to be crucial to your success.

How much testing is enough? You can never test too much. You’re never done. I know we test more ideas, concepts, ads and sales copy than most people. We still don’t do enough.

Many of the concepts we test are simply small changes. We’ll try a new headline, or rewrite an ad. We recently tested a new lead in to the sales letter on a website. Not a big change, but preliminary indications suggest an increase of 45-50% in the conversion rate.

If you have a marketing system that works, don’t stop now. Keep trying new things, even if they’re small.

Every time we test, we learn something … good or bad. The learning part is important. So much of success in business has nothing to do with the economics they teach you in business school. This is especially true for us small business people.

Instead, you’ll find a large part of your success comes from testing new ideas. Measure and track your results. Stop doing what does not work. Do more of what does work.

I know that sounds simple. That’s because it is simple!

Many of you are intimidated by business and the Internet, but you should not be. If you use the methods I use, then you take very little risk in anything you do to promote your business. That means that any mistake you make is a small one. It can’t hurt you.

The real mistake you make is not consistently trying new ideas and continually working to improve your business. That’s a much bigger mistake than any attempt you make that doesn’t work.

So, your continuing mission is simple. Test. Measure. Tweak. Repeat.

Yours in success,

Shawn

Internet Marketing: Making Money Without Being Perfect

I’ve always been fascinated that you can make money in business
without being perfect. Like horseshoes, just being close can
make you a big winner.

I wish they had taught me this in a business class. I would have
succeeded sooner. I’ve learned this from long experience.

I understand now that taking action makes me money. Trying to
be perfect just makes me frustrated!

I think new people are often intimidated as they start a
business, especially an Internet business. They’re trying to
learn everything and struggling to understand mountains of
information. In the face of all that, it’s easy to be
overwhelmed and never really get started.

After all, if you can’t understand everything and do a perfect
job, you probably shouldn’t get started at all, right?

Wrong! Very, very wrong.

The old saying, as I’m sure you’ve heard, goes like this: “If
it’s worth doing, it’s worth doing right.” The implication is
that you should not attempt anything unless you can do it
perfectly.

I am adamantly opposed to this idea. First, because I know
there’s a ton of things I do that are less than perfect, but are
important to me anyway.

Some I do for pleasure - like playing golf. I’m nowhere close
to perfect, but I enjoy the game.

Others I do for business - many of these pursuits don’t work
perfectly or, sometimes, even well. But, most of them make me
money in spite of the imperfections.

My second objection is that the idea of never attempting
anything unless we’ll achieve perfection simply boils down to
never attempting much of anything at all. Truly, achieving
perfection in any one pursuit is the achievement of a lifetime.

One of the many reasons I love doing business on the Internet is
the huge margin for error that exists. I can make a lot of
mistakes and still profit. Your overhead (fixed costs) to be in
business online is a $100 or less per month including your web
hosting, merchant fees, etc. To break even, we just have to make
back that $100. Of course, all the money above the $100 mark is
profit that goes in our pockets.

When we advertise our business, we won’t always get it right the
first or second time. But, even a bad ad will bring in some
money. If you spend $100 to run an ad, you’ll rarely lose the
entire $100 unless you have a horrible ad being run to a
completely incorrect list. A marginal ad will usually make you
a profit.

A good ad will bring you huge profits. A great ad will bring
you riches.

We all should work to refine our ads to make them good ads, but
we get to make money even when we are testing and refining.

To make money, we don’t need to be perfect. We just need to be
taking consistent action to build our businesses.

So, go and be imperfect.

sales on the Internet - and you can do the same or better -

The Number One Internet Business Mistake

I dont care what business youre in. I dont care what business youre trying to promote. It doesnt matter.

The number one mistake is the same for all of them. If you dont avoid this mistake, it will kill your business as surely as the sun will rise tomorrow.

I have seen hordes of business, large and small, devastated by this simple mistake. Its easy to make. Youve got to do everything to avoid it. Here it is:

Dont spend more money on marketing your business than your profits allow.

I told you this was simple. Think about this . . . why did all those hugely funded dot-coms fail? They spent more money than they made.

Worse yet. They spent money on marketing without having any idea what they were getting for that investment.

Now, you dont have to have millions at your disposal to make this mistake. I correspond often with people who have blown through their small marketing stake. They started with a few hundred and now have nothing to show for it. How tragic.

If you run out of money, your business dies!

The key to marketing on the Internet is to find ways to market your business that are either free or very low cost.

If you want to always make a profit, dont spend money on marketing. Use free methods like banner exchanges, link exchanges and joint ventures. They cost you nothing so every
sale you make should be profitable.

I not only use free marketing, I also make extensive use of low cost marketing strategies like ezine advertising. One recent ad cost me $100 and created $1,300 in profits in one week.

Guard your marketing money carefully. Only invest your money in small increments. Only increase your spending when youre sure youre going to quickly create enough profits to cover your investment. If your website does not allow you to do that,
then consider working on it until it does.

The Internet can be your personal goldmine as long as you manage your business wisely and keep your costs down.
