I’m on the plane flying down to Tampa yesterday reading yet one another article that’s raving about web 2.0 and how this needs to be the focus of all businesses.

If you were just to read and believe this constant barrage of advice, you would think that the basics of business that have worked for the last few millennia should be just thrown out the window.

Hogwash!

While web 2.0 can present opportunities for some businesses and you should be aware of what’s going on, you can’t ignore the reality of how business really works.

My businesses last year brought in more that 10 million bucks. Without a whole lot of web 2.0 stuff.

While I’m looking to add a few things this year, my focus remains on the basics of business…

Have a great product… have a solid sales system… drive a constant stream of leads into the system.

Doesn’t matter where they come from - web 2.0 or good old regular web 1.xx.

So my simple advice is not to get completely distracted chasing the phantom of web 2.0 and stay focused on your core business.

As I’ve written before, I’ve personally made the mistake of ignoring the power and profitablity of membership sites. Now I have several and they kick out a small fortune each month.

If you want to discover the inside secrets of how Jeff Paul and I conceived, planned and executed a million dollar membership program, then grab the Free Report
we created.

You’ll hear Jeff and I lay out the exact steps we used to come up with the idea, get the content, and create the sales system.

And you’ll find out how you can easily copy our entire system!

But we’ll only have this available for the next couple of days so you need to go
listen now!
